I recognize that emergencies and illness happens and will always be understanding in those circumstances. I respectfully request a minimum of 24 hour advance notice should you need to reschedule. This allows me the ability to give other guests an opportunity to book the opening you reserved. Rescheduling or cancelling my multiple times even within the cancellation window will result a 25% deposit of scheduled services and will be due at the time a new appointment is scheduled. Your deposit will be applied to your service at checkout on the day of your appointment. Failure to show or cancelling the day of your scheduled appointment will result in a fee of 75% of the total of services scheduled and is due the day of the original service and will be charged to the card on file. Should your card decline I will no longer be able to book any services until the fee is paid in full. Enforcing this policy is not personal, it is a necessary part of having a sustainable business. This also helps insure my guests have my undivided attention while receiving service. If you call/text outside my business hours I will text the following business day during my business hours.
